Hi Colm, Thanks so much for putting these videos out. Really appreciate it! Wondering if you have any suggestions for when doing invert evert and during invert I'm unable to get my back to flatten on the one side. Do you have any videos that will help? Thanks again so very much. Loving these exercises. :)❣

Hi Colm, felt like an electric shock in the supine position in right waist QL area when hiking the left hip up and pushing the right hip down. No pain just a massive jolt. Have had a tight right hip for a couple of years. Is ok this indicative of something releasing? Love following your videos. My second week on them. Thanks from Australia.

Hi Dan, if no pain then nothing to worry about. Just take your time, don’t force anything and maybe make the movement a bit smaller until it feels easy in both directions . Explore also any of the Side Bending movements, they’ll also address that area. @LearnSomatics my upper r body was rotated. Chiropractor released compressed lumbar vertebra in 2 sessions 25 min each 1 week apart prone on wedges. I forget exactly how long ago now. Perhaps 12 weeks. After this r thorax started shifting. I have had a terrible time with spasms somewhere probably 3 times a week. I found that cleaning my bottom kitchen cupboards while sqatting helped major. I then developed spasm in my shoulder muscles. When that released the scalenes went into spasm. Passive stretching by the Thai lady helped a lot as well. I struggled withe she shoulder until I found your video on shoulder releases .also the one on thoracic outlet problem.

Old lower back injury. Backpack r side as a teenager. Nothing was done. No doctor. No treatment. I became a doctor. I was fit. Walking running. Back backing. Married at age 26. Ist child age 28. I had spasms mid twenty resolved with Voltaren injection. Then total of 3 children. Walking funnily after the 3rd. I had a l ankle injury tearing lateral ligaments probably before the second child. 20 years ago I saw the chiropractor and was treated for the r si joint. Then I slipped and fell tearing r rotator cuff. Surgically repaired and they put r arm in a sling for 6 weeks. The last injury was disastrous. Spasm r lower back and r shoulder. R side became contracted and I gave up. However last 8 months getting treatment. Chiropractor. Massages for spasm. Thati massage. Directed pressure point therapy. And targeted exercises twice a day. Rest periods when in spasm. I am getting there. Somatic exercises helping a lot. Plus hip mobilistions. L ankle prevented me from crouching. Now I can crouch again but feet not quite flat yet

Gday from Australia. 50s bloke here. Was sceptical to be honest. Old school i thought you had to make it painful for any benefits. Ive followed your routine a couple of times, about to do it again. Bloody fantastic result for myself each time. Last time i rushed it and noticed being tense definitely meant less benefit. Gentle is the Way 😊 Thankyou brother 🙏

You're welcome brother! Glad you are finding my videos helpful. Keep practicing, there's no limit to how much you can improve. Spent some time in Australia in 2003, good times! Thanks for watching.
